  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals
  • Refund method: Original payment method or store credit
  • Restocking fee: May apply to commercial-grade or custom equipment (up to 15%)

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fitness accessories (e.g., mats, gloves, belts)
  • Custom-built or modified equipment
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Digital products or software licenses

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item using the provided label (if applicable)

5. International Returns

Return policies may vary by country in accordance with local consumer protection laws. Customers outside our primary service regions are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
